Spring Cleanup Success: Bonavista Shines Brighter Than Ever!
What an incredible day for our community! On Saturday, May 10th, 2025, Bonavista Leaf Park (Fraipont Park) came alive with energy (thanks to the coffee and Timbits), teamwork, and community spirit as 45 amazing residents came out to take part in our annual Spring Cleanup! Thanks to this incredible turnout, we were able to clean the park and surrounding areas in record time. It was a shining example of what we can achieve when we come together.
From families with little ones to longtime residents armed with gloves. garbage pickers and garbage bags, the collective effort made a visible difference—and fast. Litter was cleared and by 11:45 a.m. the park looked revitalized and ready for summer.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated. Your commitment to keeping Bonavista beautiful is what makes this neighborhood so special.
Next up: Kidsfest! Mark your calendars, because if the momentum from Spring Cleanup is any indication, Kidsfest is going to be our biggest and best event yet. Stay tuned for more details—we can’t wait to see you all there!
